Flawless will be released on Monday. I can’t believe it! It is both exciting and terrifying at the same time. I hope people like it. Every book I write, I like better than the last. This book wasn’t part of the master plan. I expected to write eight books in this series but there was the desire to make sure that some of the secondary characters got some time in the limelight because they’re a big part of the mole’s story, too.
As I’ve said before, I work six months out so the next two books are in various points of the editing process, but I have to tell you, I got stuck on book eight. I got so stuck I was close to missing my editors deadline. That’s never a good thing!
I know the story I wanted to tell, and I’m wrapping up various threads. That’s the exciting part. But I realized I’m also quite saddened by the end of the Venture Capitalist series. The team at SHN are my friends.
So what’s an author to do when she doesn’t quite want to say goodbye to her favorite characters? She plots her next series!
Yes, I figured out what’s next. I’m not going to say too much, but I can say it is a TWELVE book series which should launch in 2020. And I think you’ll love it because my friends from SHN will be showing up in the series.
Thanks for reading my books. It really is fun to share these stories and hear your thoughts on them.
